    We are cooperating with the best European courier companies.
  • Delivery cost? 
    Free delivery! Our company covers shipping costs.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Estimated shipment time is indicated on the order process. Then you receive message (email or SMS) concerning the delivery time. Please note that the order starts when the payment clears. It usually takes 1-2 days.
  • Delivery address different from billing address 
    It is not a problem since the delivery and the billing address are in the same country.
  • Why has the courier refused to deliver my boxes at door step? 
    Couriers are not obliged to carry parcels up to the specific room indicated by the recipient.
  • I can't find the costs of shipping anywhere on the website, why is that? 
    We have introduced a free shipping policy to all countries of the European Union (we don’t deliver in Cyprus and Malta yet).

3. Order

  • How to place an order?
    Please read the paragraph 4 in terms of use.
  • Can I return the order? 
    The order can be returned if it is defective. Please read the terms of use for any further clarification.
  • Can I change the quantity of the order? 
    Once the payment has been done you can’t change the quantity, but you can place a supplementary order.
  • Can I change the design once the order has been placed? 
    You cannot change the design once the order has been placed and paid. Please review carefully your design before finalize it.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Υou can cancel the order before the payment is done, after the payment the cancelation option is not available.
  • Order tracking
    When the order is ready you will receive the tracking number through email or SMS. Use it in the tracking system of the courier to see the delivery course of your order.
  • Can I repeat an order?
    Of course. Once you have an account, all of your orders are saved and you can choose among them for reorder within 18 months.
  • Will you inform me once my order is ready?
    When the order is ready you will receive an email with the invoice and the tracking number.

4. Complaints 

  • How can I file a complaint?
    In order to simplify the process of filing complaints, you can contact us through “contact us” form. Use it to inform us about any issues with our products or services within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • What is the procedure to file a complaint;
    • Describe your issues concerning your complaint. Remember to share as many details as possible – it will help us to speed up the process.
    • We will review your complaint within 7 days. Then our team will contact you.
    • Every complaint is reviewed personally.
  • What happen if my order is default?
    Since our team evaluates that your order is defective we will replace it immediately.

5. Products, Printing and materials 

  • Are all these products always available?
    Products are totally customized and are always available.
  • Material variations
    There are no material variations. We use the same high quality of raw materials to ensure the standards of the products.
  • Data check
    Our team checks if the uploaded file meets the technical prerequisites (for example if the file has the minimum pixels) but we cannot check the content of the file.
  • Contact with foodstuffs
    We use materials, inks and coatings that are not always suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs. Products that can safely come into contact with foodstuffs are labelled accordingly.

6. Payment and invoices

  • Payment methods
    We offer payment by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. The order is activated as soon as the payment is completed. It usually takes 1 business day. Please note that all the costs related with an international bank transfer, including the costs charged on the recipient, should be covered by the Buyer. Otherwise the order will not be deemed as fully paid, which may result in the production being delayed.
  • Can I pay for my boxes upon receipt?
    We do not begin the production process until the payment is registered in our system. Therefore, the ‘cash on delivery’ (COD) option is not available.

7. Login and account

  • How can I change my e-mail address?
    There is not delete option for the e-mail address of your registration.
  • How can I delete my account?
    In case you wish to delete your account please contact us through the form “contact us”. 
  • How can i change my password?
    • Login
    • Click on user panel
    • And then click on profile where you will find the corresponding field to enter your new password.

8. Design and photos 

  • Mobile photos
    Before you take a photo with your mobile you can choose, in the settings,the pixels which meet our printing standards (2000x2000 pixels).

9. Ιn what form will you deliver my products?

  • Our products are delivered in a flat, unassembled form for self-assembly. Contact us if you need more instructions on assembling your products.
